I have handled constitutional and appellate litigation in the Supreme Court of the United States, the Supreme Court of Illinois, and other courts throughout the country.. My skill as a Trial Lawyer has led me to a number of positions teaching both law students and attorneys. In addition to my active personal injury practice, I am an adjunct professor at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, teaching trial advocacy. I previously taught legal writing skills at the John Marshall Law School. I have, also, served as an instructor with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) and its deposition program. In November 2006, I was invited to and participated in NITA’s Pacific Teacher Training class on teaching advocacy skills in San Francisco, California. I was an instructor with the CBA College of Trial Advocacy and an instructor for the Federal Trial Bar Training Course on the art of expert examination at trial..
