Also, he is a chair-qualified arbitrator of major cases in the court-annexed arbitration program. He frequently is court-appointed as a Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) and frequently acts on behalf of minor children in various court proceedings. Since 2002, Mr. Scalzo has been an active practitioner of Collaborative Law in resolving disputes respectfully and responsibly without court intervention.
