Before founding Turgeon & Associates in 1999, Roger spent six years at two major Boston law firms, several more years with a personal injury firm on Cape Cod, and nine years as the head of the personal injury department at Hamel, Deshaies & Gagliardi (later, the Hamel Law Firm). Roger is a member of multiple legal associations, including the Bar Associations of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. He is admitted to practice in each of those three states.
