While in law school, she served as President of the Moot Court Association, Prime Minister of the Canadian Law Student Society, and Student Director of the University of North Dakota Law Clinic.. She litigates divorce and paternity actions, post-judgment modifications and parenting time disputes and child support actions. She also drafts pre-nuptial agreements and assists families with formalizing adoption. Additionally, Ariana serves as a North Dakota court appointed Parenting Investigator and Guardian ad Litem, representing the best interests of the children..
