Mr. Howard was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. After graduating from The Ohio State University with a degree in Resource Management in 1998, he worked as an Executive Consultant to Fortune 500 companies for two years. In his executive consulting capacity he consulted on market research, industry intelligence, human resource issues and benefit analysis. Mr. Howard then attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2003.. Mr. Howard came to Las Vegas in 2003 and worked for an Insurance defense firm where his practice focused on construction defect litigation, homeowner issues, protecting small business rights and Legal Malpractice. He has handled a variety of other matters for his clients, including drafting/revising contracts, commercial and residential real estate transactions, business formations and trademark registration and litigation.. Since 2007 Mr. Howard has exclusively practiced plainitffs personal injury law in Las Vegas.  Mr. Howard has gained a wealth of knowledge from handling over 1500 different personal injury cases including auto accidents, slip and falls, negligence claims, medical malpractice and wrongful death.  Mr. Howard stays with his client’s from their initial sign up through jury verdict.  Mr. Howard has helped recover over 28 million dollars for his clients since 2008.. Mr. Howard’s sole focus is helping injured people get the compensation they deserve.  Mr. Howard handles all aspects of pre-litigation, litigation, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement conferences.  Mr. Howard has been licensed to practice law in Nevada State and Federal Courts since 2004. He is a member of the Clark County Bar Association, Nevada Justice Association and its New Lawyer Committee.
