Attorney Brett Harris grew up in Las Vegas and moved to New York to get her Bachelor’s degree in English from New York University.  After undergraduate school, Brett returned home to Las Vegas to attend the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.. During law school, Brett was President of the Student Bar Association and an active member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.  Brett externed at the American Civil Liberties Union, completed a clerkship at the Clark County Public Defender’s office, and represented juvenile delinquent clients in the law school’s Juvenile Justice Clinic.  Upon graduation, Brett received a Dean’s Award for her contributions to the law school.. Brett is admitted to the State Bar of Nevada, United States District Court for the District of Nevada, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  She has practiced law in the areas of negligence, medical malpractice, civil rights, and criminal defense. She currently practices exclusively in the area of Plaintiff’s personal injury at Glen Lerner Injury Attorneys.  In her free time, Brett enjoys working out, cooking, and binge watching Netflix.
