Park whereby I submitted a key Brief to the Nevada Supreme Court and won!Beyond writing skills, I have experience in successfully negotiating and litigating cases. I have been successful in obtaining favorable settlements in car accidents, employment discrimination, unemployment hearings, civil rights, mold and contract disputes. My main motto which has remanined a constant throughout my legal career "providing a voice."
