Thomas E. Viloria is a founding partner in the firm Viloria, Oliphant, Oster & Aman L.L.P., where he practices primarily in the area of criminal defense.  His emphasis in criminal defense is representing those accused of serious felonies, murder, DUI resulting in death or injury, drug offenses, sex crimes, domestic battery and DUI's.  As one of the most experienced trial lawyers in the firm, Mr. Viloria is also involved in representing select clients in personal injury and wrongful death matters.   He is licensed to practice law before all courts of Nevada and California.. Known for his trial preparation and presence in the courtroom, Mr. Viloria was a member of the Major Violator's unit of the Washoe County District Attorney's Office, and was assigned to murder and death penalty cases.
