I graduated with Distinction from University of Nebraska School of Law (J.D., 1995). Prior to that, I completed my undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University in 1991 (B.A., Economics, 1991);. Having practiced law in Nevada for more than 20 years, I have seen and handled many types of cases. My background is in real estate and small business representation. I have also developed experience in insurance bad faith litigation, personal injury, and family law (including divorces and child custody) and other areas.. Given this background I am able to handle most cases and problems that come through our doors.
