Harvey Miller graduated from the University of Akron School of Law in 1994. Prior to graduation from law school, he worked for the Child Support Division of the Summit County Prosecutor's Office. He began the private practice of law in 1995. His practice is limited to the area of Family Law.. In addition to practicing law, Harvey served as Guardian Ad Litem in various courts for many years, wherein he represented the interests of children of divorced or divorcing parents.. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Akron Bar Association. He has served on several Bar Association committees, including the Certified Grievance Committee, the Solo and Small Firm Committee, the Volunteer Legal Services Committee, and previously served as Chair of the Family Law Committee.. Harvey currently practices in Summit, Portage, and Medina counties.
