Whether you are without an estate plan, have an existing plan that has not been reviewed in a while, concerned about protecting your pets, or have other estate planning needs, we can help.In addition, we help business owners from start-up to sale, whether that's planned or unplanned. We assist with registering the newly formed LLC or Corporation with the state. We also draft how the company will operate and take care of succession planning.
