I am a shareholder with the firm of Laxalt & Nomura, Ltd. I practice in areas of product, pharmaceutical, and medical device defense, personal injury litigation, business litigation, and civil litigation. Laxalt & Nomura, Ltd. is a civil litigation firm, formed in 1986 by Bruce Laxalt and Don Nomura, former Chief Deputy District Attorneys in Reno, Nevada. The firm brings an aggressive and proactive approach to civil litigation through a combination of effective dispositive motion practice and experienced trial attorneys. The firm, with offices in Reno and Las Vegas, represents the statewide litigation interests of numerous national manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, employers and insurers through its fifteen attorneys and four paralegals.
