I am a Partner at Rhoades & Morrow, LLC, where I dedicate my practice to helping injured individuals and their families throughout Delaware. For more than 20 years, I have represented clients in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters, guiding them through some of the most difficult times in their lives.. After earning my law degree cum laude from New England School of Law, I was admitted to practice in Delaware, Massachusetts, and the U.S. District Court for Delaware. Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of serving in leadership roles that strengthen the legal community, including as Past President of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Delaware State Bar Association. I also regularly present at seminars on trial advocacy, workplace injuries, and ethical practice, which helps me stay current and share knowledge with my peers.. My approach to every case is simple: combine strong legal advocacy with genuine care for my clients.
