Michele has been practicing in the areas of elder law, estate planning, probate and trust adminstration for over twenty years.    Michele brings expertise, patience, guidance and dedication to each client.   She focuses on helping families protect their assets from the high costs of skilled nursing care, and she assists families plan for their loved ones through the use of Wills, Trusts, and asset protection techniques.  Michele also assists families protect government benefits for their disabled loved ones through the creation of Special Needs Trusts.. Michele is a member of the Board of Directors of Delaware Care Plan, a member of the editorial board of the Delaware Law Journal, a member of the Estates and Trusts Section of the Delaware Bar Association, the Elder Law Section of the Delaware Bar Association, and is a former board member of Mid County Senior Center.. The daughter of a nurse and a stone mason, Michele is a Delaware native and has resided in the Pike Creek area for most of her life. She attended Thomas McKean High School, where she was a member of the swim team and Editor-In-Cheif of the school newspaper.  She carried her love of writing to the University of Delaware, where she was an English Journalism major and a member of the National English Honor's Society, Sigma Tau Delta.    In keeping with her knack for all things literary, Michele then attended Villanova Unviersity School of Law, where she immediately discovered enjoyment in classes geared to Wills, Trusts and Estates.. When not working, Michele enjoys spending time at the beach with her family, preferably with a book and cup of coffee.
