Hi, my name's Randy Appleton and I've been a personal injury attorney for nearly 30 years. I've handled injury litigation in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, West Virginia, Georgia, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and Tennessee throughout the years.. I was first licensed to practice law in 1982 in Virginia and am now admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.. Based in Virginia Beach, I am ready to serve clients throughout Hampton Roads -- Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth and Suffolk -- as well as the communities of Virginia's Eastern Shore and northeastern North Carolina.. I am a member of the American Association for Justice, North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and a past president of the Portsmouth Bar Association.. I truly enjoy helping people and love being a lawyer.. I am currently retired.
