John Fisher was born and raised in Columbus, GA. After obtaining his undergraduate business degree from Columbus State University, John obtained his Juris Doctorate from The University of Alabama School of Law.. John began practicing law in 1997 as a litigation associate for the largest law firm in West Alabama. In 1999 John left this firm to establish his own firm where, for over 25 years now, John has provided expert litigation and legal services for clients from all walks of life. John has tried dozens of cases with great success as he has a keen awareness of the courtroom, and the psychology necessary to be successful at trial. John focuses on all aspects of criminal litigation, including Felonies, Misdemeanors and Juvenile, and all aspects of civil litigation, including Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Civil Rights, Nursing Home Negligence, Funeral Home Negligence, Education and Student Defense.. John is also an excellent negotiator and mediator. His practice has always been about people, helping them resolve matters in a manner best for them. John listens, and cares for those he represents.
