After fighting for justice in the courts of Miami, Benjamin and his wife Jaime moved to Tupelo, Mississippi where he practiced civil, criminal, and family law with his father Rhett Russell. Benjamin is admitted to practice law in all the state courts of Florida, Massachusetts, and Mississippi; the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida; and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi. Benjamin is also a member of the Florida Lee County Bar Association, Mississippi Lee County Bar Association, Florida Justice Association, and American Association for Justice.
