Heather is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Department, where she maintains a diverse corporate law practice. She advises individuals and businesses of all types and sizes on a variety of general corporate and business law matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, contracts, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities compliance. Heather works with clients from a range of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, health care, technology, insurance and financial institutions. Her transactional experience includes counseling clients on acquisitions and sales of businesses, corporate reorganizations, commercial real estate transactions, private offerings of debt and equity securities, and joint ventures.
