I am a bankruptcy lawyer who is passionate about helping people to get back on their feet. I have been focusing on Bankruptcy law since 2008. I understand the financial stress people are going through. I will make the process less stressful and as easy as possible. You will be working with me directly every step of the way, not a paralegal.. My practice focuses on Bankruptcy and Tax Law. I have experiences in negotiating favorable settlements with financial institutions in formal reorganization proceedings. I have a Master in Tax Law and use my knowledge in the IRS Regulations to provide effective legal advice to clients on a spectrum of matters that arise in bankruptcy. I am licensed to practice law in California and New York and also licensed to practice in the following courts: Federal Court of New York, Third Department; U.S Federal Court Northern District of California; U.S Federal Court; Eastern District of California and U.S Tax Court. I was selected as of the 2014 Rising Stars in the area of Consumer Bankruptcy Law by Super Lawyer Magazines. The Attorneys selected to Rising Stars are limited to 2.5 % of the outstanding emerging lawyers in Northern California who are age 40 and under, or having practicing 10 years or less.
