Andy was born and raised in Fort Scott, Kansas, and graduated from Pittsburg State University, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work. Andy went on to attend the Notre Dame Law School, in Notre Dame, Indiana, graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 2006. With over a decade of legal experience, Andy was previously a partner at Petefish, Immel, Heeb & Hird, LLP, a well-respected law firm in Lawrence, Kansas, and has managed The Bolton Law Firm, LLC, since 2012.. Andy is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, as well as the Johnson, Crawford, and Bourbon County Bar Associations, and has years of experience practicing family and criminal law throughout courts in eastern Kansas.
