A native South Floridian, Adam D. Breit, Esq, was born in Hollywood, FL.  Adam attended the University of Florida where he earned a B.S. in Political Science. Adam earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University.. During law school, Adam served as a summer associate in the litigation division for one of the top insurance defense firms in the state of Florida where he gained invaluable experience through the representation of insurance companies and large multi-national corporations.  Adam was also heavily involved in alternative dispute resolution serving as a Mediation Fellow where he was selected to participate in Nova Southeastern University’s Juvenile Mediation Diversionary Program successfully diverting numerous first-time juvenile offenders in Broward County, FL from the justice system. Recognized for his exceptional oral advocacy skills, Adam was also an active member of the Nova Trial Association.. Prior to joining Justice Law, Adam was in the litigation division of the West Palm Beach office of an Am Law 250 defense firm where he gained significant experience representing individuals as well as private and publicly traded companies on a variety of complex civil litigation including general civil litigation, wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing home/health care litigation, commercial litigation, construction litigation, condominium and homeowners’ law.. Adam is admitted to practice in Florida as well as U.S. District Court for Southern District and Middle District of Florida, and focuses his practice exclusively on representing injury victims and their families.
