Mr. Long’s criminal practice includes municipal, state, and federal representation of clients at all stages of litigation, from pre-indictment investigations to post-conviction work. While licensed in Ohio and Illinois, Mr. Long will accompany his clients to courts and hearings across the United States. Mr. Long remains firmly committed to public service within the legal and general communities-at-large. In 2016, he accepted an invitation to join The Judge John M. Manos Inn of Court as an Associate. A year earlier, he was also the recipient of the Award for Excellence in Pro Bono Service from the Judges of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the Chicago Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Ohio State Bar Association, and Chicago Bar Association.
