Sydney is an attorney and the principal at Saffold Law, LLC.  She practices criminal defense litigation in Cleveland, Ohio.  Sydney is licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio, as well as federal court in the Northern District of Ohio and the Southern District of Ohio.. Previously, Sydney represented plaintiff employees in civil actions against employers ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses throughout the state of Ohio in state and federal courts.  In that capacity, she was intimately involved in every aspect of state and federal civil litigation as well as appellate motion practice and litigation  assisting in the representation of employees and plaintiffs in causes of action including but not limited to employment discrimination; whistle blowing; retaliation; Family Medical Leave Act interference and retaliation; Workers' Compensation retaliation; wage and overtime violations; wrongful death; and legal malpractice.. As a  University of Cincinnati College of Law graduate, Sydney developed a passion for litigation. As a law student, she held a limited practice license and practiced with the Hamilton County Public Defender representing indigent defendants in municipal court.
