As a well-respected Assistant State Attorney and Assistant District Attorney in Alabama, Colorado, and Florida, John prosecuted felony (violent and non-violent) crimes, capital murder cases, property crimes, white collar crimes, narcotics cases, and misdemeanors. John was also instrumental in coordinating the Veteran’s Treatment Court (a deferred sentencing program for Veteran and Active Duty Service Members)..
