Seemed like he was going to take my case and then I never heard from again. Does not deserve 5 stars that others gave him.
Great attorney! I had a dispute with my HOA for repair bill. Mr Cowherd helped me analysis my situation and gave me great advices. The issue was perfectly solved at the end. His experience and professionalism was my greatest support. Highly recommended to everyone!
