He has considerable experience researching complicated legal issues and drafting substantive legal pleadings in matters ranging from multi-district and class action litigation to complex litigation in state and federal courts.. Prior to joining Foley & Mansfield, Mr. Clark worked for a state firm in Florida as a Partner running their construction division.. He gained extensive experience in the construction arena while serving in the U.S. Army at Fort Bragg, where he worked as an Airborne Engineer and Construction Engineer. He also served two years as a Staff Attorney for The Honorable Robert Rosenberg and The Honorable Victor Tobin in the 17th Judicial Circuit.
