Paul graduated from Duquesne University School of Law, magna cum laude, and practices in the areas of family and criminal law.  While representing family law clients, Paul has handled all types of cases, ranging from support and custody through divorce and PFAs.  As Allegheny County Appointed Defense Counsel, Paul has represented clients in hundreds of support contempt hearings where the obligor faces the possibility of incarceration.  He has also represented criminal defendants accused of offenses ranging from summary violations through felony charges and appeals to the Superior Court.  Paul is a veteran and current member of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard..
