Mr. Shabani is the only attorney in the State of Alabama who has been appointed by Mexican Consulate in Atlanta, Georgia to represent indigent Mexican Nationals at reduced attorney fee. Mr. Shabani is an Immigration Law Professor at Birmingham School of Law.
