This company makes repeated errors in its billing. You try to furnish the proof you have paid them and you can NEVER get a call back. We had to get our bank to call to get them to correct there repeated errors. We are looking for another source for the future.

Shamefully low pay. College educated legal proofreaders make $17 an hour. Illiterate document specialists, who do Word formatting, make like $25. The people checking the work are not knowledgeable enough to understand what is wrong with the documents in the first place, and reward poor quality work that is done very fast.
