Since 1967, Mr. Hymson’s broad professional experience has included commercial and residential real estate matters, business formations, business and asset acquisitions and dispositions, finance, contracts, leasing, and business advice.. The State Bar of Arizona has designated Mr. Hymson as a Certified Real Estate Specialist.  This highly-sought distinction was earned by his tenure in practicing real estate law and his meeting stringent practitioner, experience, and continuing education requirements. In addition, Mr. Hymson was awarded the rating of “AV Preeminent” from Martindale-Hubbell for the highest in legal ability and ethical standards among his peers.. As a real estate, business and finance lawyer, Mr. Hymson serves a diverse clientele in Arizona, the United States, Far East, and Europe.
