He received two B.S. degrees from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse (1985 and 1991, magna cum laude), and his J.D. degree (1994) from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota. Mr. Fregin is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the Arizona Bar Association and is Vice President of the East Valley Bar Association.
