About Marlin Branstetter
After graduating law school, I worked for 4 years as in-house counsel for a large nationwide collection agency. During that time, I came to understand that people who had financial problems were not bad people or failures but were good people who had made mistakes with their finances or had simply had bad luck. Bankruptcy allows these people to get a fresh start. I do not make judgments about my clients...my goal is to help them to get a fresh start. I do not represent banks or collection agencies (they have enough lawyers). I only represent consumers. I have filed thousands of bankruptcy petitions over the last 30 years.
