Prior to ever attending law school, Mr. Bark clerked for the Orphans Court in Baltimore. He created the first ever mediation program.   He then attended law school, graduated with honors, was the head teacher's assistant, a law scholar, interned for the Circuit Court in an for Baltimore City, the Maryland Court of Appeals, the Maryland House of Delegates, and the Baltimore City State Attorney's Office..
