Prior to ever attending law school, Mr. Bark clerked for the Orphans Court in Baltimore. He created the first ever mediation program.   He then attended law school, graduated with honors, was the head teacher's assistant, a law scholar, interned for the Circuit Court in an for Baltimore City, the Maryland Court of Appeals, the Maryland House of Delegates, and the Baltimore City State Attorney's Office.. After graduation he was a prosecutor in Brevard and Seminole Counties.  He took on highly publicized cases, including those where a man video recorded a twelve year old girl changing, a jewish boy was arrested on Rosh Hoshana, a deputy was battered by her husband, and teacher was accused of bringing a gun onto an elementary school campus.. He left the State Attorney's Office after being recruited by Jaeger & Blankner.  At Jaeger & Blankner, Mr. Bark tried DUIs, possession of cocaine, assisted in Murder trials, defended drug trafficking cases, and sex offense cases.. Mr. Bark left the firm to have a more hands on approach with his clients, and opened his own boutique firm.

Octavio Andrade is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor degree in 1996.  As of this year Attorney Andrade will have been practicing Law in the State of Florida for 20 years.  It has been a privilege to represent clients throughout this great State.. Michelle L. Bedoya received her B.A. in International Relations, with a Minor in Health Services Administration, in 2011, from Florida International University.  During her time at FIU, Ms. Bedoya was a part of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and the Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society. After graduation, she worked as a home health care administrator in Maitland, Florida. Soon after, Ms. Bedoya began her career as a consultant for home health care agencies in Florida. Her experience as an administrator and consultant inspired her to pursue a legal career and attend law school. In 2015, Ms. Bedoya received her law degree from Barry University School of Law.. Ms. Bedoya has authored two legal articles, which were selected for publication in the Barry Law Review Journal and in the DePaul Journal of Health Care Law. Jaya Balani was a partner with the NeJame Law Firm and recently branched out to start Balani Law.  Born and raised in the Orlando area. George F. Indest III is the President and Managing Partner of The Health Law Firm, based in Orlando. Mr. Indest is board certified by the Florida Bar in the legal specialty of Health Law. The Navy sent Mr. Indest back to post-graduate law school at The National Law Center, George Washington University, to obtain a specialty in Health Law. He received his master of laws (LL.M.) in 1986. The Navy then assigned Mr. Indest to serve with the Naval Medical Command. The Navy awarded him a post-graduate specialty code in Health Law (P-code) and in International Law (G-code). He served as the Staff Judge Advocate and Command Medico-Legal Officer at Naval Hospital Portsmouth, followed by a tour of duty as Command Judge Advocate for the Naval Medical Command, Mid-Atlantic Region, which was responsible for naval hospitals and dental centers in Virginia; North Carolina; South Carolina; Keflavik, Iceland; Puerto Rico; Bermuda; and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. He also served as the Staff Judge Advocate for the Naval Dental Command, East. Mr. Indest served on several different admirals' staffs, including the Commander -in-Chief, Atlantic Fleet (CINCLANTFLT), CINCLANT, SACLANT and CNET. While on the staff of CINCLANT Mr. Indest prepared and delivered a major seminar on the Geneva Conventions and the Laws of War to the military Surgeon Generals of the NATO countries.. Carole C. Schriefer, R.N., J.D., has in excess of 25 years of experience in representing and advising health professionals and providers. She earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Kentucky College of Law and is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Virginia and Florida. After receiving her J.D., Ms. Schriefer was commissioned as an officer in the Navy Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps. As a Navy JAG, she worked as a defense counsel at the Navy Legal Services Office in Virginia for several years and was then transferred to a position as Commander, Naval Medical Command, Mid-Atlantic Region. Ms. Schriefer’s previous experience also includes trying medical malpractice cases in the District of Columbia Superior Court, the U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia and products liability litigation in Colorado and federal courts. She has devoted many years of her practice to health care law, providing legal opinions on federal and state statutory and regulatory issues.Prior to joining The Health Law Firm, Ms. Schriefer owned and operated The Law Office of Carole C. Carlos Arias was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004. Mr. Arias is also admitted to practice in federal court in the Northern, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Arias has experience handling general litigation matters and has practiced in Clayton & McCulloh’s Litigation Department handling such matters as eminent domain, lien foreclosure, mortgage foreclosure, bankruptcy, fair housing complaints, discrimination complaints, contract disputes and covenant enforcement. He has also been involved in real estate closings, document drafting and document interpretation.

Brandon was born in Indiana.  He grew up in South Florida.  After high school, he moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida.  While there, Brandon was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon and Phi Alpha Delta.  He also competed on the Mock Trial Team at UCF.  With the team, Brandon was able to compete in multiple Mock Trial competitions across the country, learn essential trial practice skills, and earn a Best Attorney award at the American Mock Trial Association’s Southeast Regional Mock Trial Competition.  After UCF, he moved to Chicago to attend Loyola University Chicago’s School of law, where he also competed on the Mock Trial Team, continued to develop and refine his trial practice skills, and earned a Certificate in Advocacy.. After graduating law school, Brandon joined the Orange County State Attorney’s Office as an Assistant State Attorney.  At the State Attorney's Office, he prosecuted criminal defendants, enforced criminal laws, and advocated on behalf of the State of Florida, as well as the victims of criminal misconduct.  While there, Brandon also independently prosecuted a high-volume felony caseload from intake to disposition, prepared numerous motions, delivered arguments in various types of circuit court hearings, conducted the depositions of both state and defense witnesses, and performed all phases of the trial process from jury selection to closing arguments.  In his first two years as a prosecutor, Brandon tried over 30 jury and non-jury trials to verdict as lead council.  Before leaving the office, he was promoted through five levels of prosecution, including county court misdemeanor, entry level circuit court felony, the juvenile bureau, the DUI unit, and the Drug Unit..
