Andrew received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Alabama with a double major in Political Science and Criminal Justice in 1995, and his Juris Doctor cum laudefrom Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1998.  During his time at Cumberland, Mr. Matteson received the Legal Research and Writing Award and the Scholar of Merit Awards in Constitutional Law and Estates and Trusts.  Mr. Matteson is admitted to practice in the following courts:  All state Courts of Georgia; all State Courts in Tennessee; the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the Middle District of Georgia, the Southern District of Georgia, the Middle District of Tennessee, the Western District of Tennessee, the Eastern District of Tennessee, and the Southern District of Illinois; and the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh and Fourth Circuits.  In addition, Andrew has been specially admitted to the trial courts in fourteen states and numerous federal jurisdictions.. Andrew has been married to his wife Kari for fifteen years.  They reside in Roswell, Georgia, with their two daughters, Rylee and Shelby.

Born and raised in Athens, Georgia, in 1968, Louis Tesser has been a trial attorney during his entire legal career. After graduating from Clark University in 1990, Mr. Tesser acquired a further graduate degree in Political Science from the University of Georgia in 1993. Mr. Tesser then earned his Juris Doctor at the College of William and Mary in 1996.Prior to working at Kessler & Solomiany, LLC, Mr. Tesser worked as a general trial attorney, then went on to a position as an Assistant District Attorney in Hall County, Georgia. Mr. Tesser has been with Kessler & Solomiany, LLC since 2002, and is a member of the Family Law Sections of the Atlanta Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Tesser is the chairman of the DeKalb County Bar Association Family Law Division.Mr. Tesser became a partner in the firm in 2008.As a domestic relations attorney, Mr. Tesser has handled contentious and complex litigation involving division of property, custody, child support, alimony, domestic abuse, paternity, legitimation, and appeals, as well as trials, including several highly successful jury trials. Mr. Tesser is a frequent presenter at seminars and classes on domestic relations speaking on a broad range of topics, including child custody, paternity, legal ethics, and settlement strategy. Mr. Tesser is qualified as a collaborative lawyer. Mr. Tesser is married to Lilia Tesser and lives with her and their three daughters. Mr. Tesser enjoys tennis, squash, travel, and is a private pilot.

Attorney Safiya Byars is a native of Kingston, Jamaica. As the managing partner of the Byars Firm she oversees the Firm's immigration, family law, and estate planning practice. Prior to creating the Byars Firm Ms. Byars worked as a senior associate with law firms in Alabama and Georgia. Now with her own practice, Ms. Byars strives to provide her clients with a personable experience.
