Stefanie is a partner with Hickey & Evans, LLP. She joined the firm after moving to Cheyenne from Casper where she had a solo practice. Her practice is primarily focused on defending individuals and companies who have been sued in either state or federal court. She also practices in the areas of utilities law, education, workers' compensation, tax, and criminal law. She is licensed in Wyoming, Colorado and Montana. She is also an avid cyclist and triathlete.

I joined Kline, McCorkle & Pilger in 2011 and represent individuals and businesses in complex civil rights litigation, employment issues, licensing issues and administrative matters. I also represent individuals in personal injury and medical malpractice suits, recently obtaining a $1.5 million judgment in a personal injury matter.. Prior to joining the firm, I prosecuted for the Laramie County District Attorney’s Office where I gained extensive litigation and trial experience, handling numerous hearings, bench trials and jury trials for hundreds of cases.. I graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law, magna cum laude, in 2004, during which time I gained several distinctions, including the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award, National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Graduate Award, Order of the Coif, and was a staff member of the University of Wyoming Land and Water Law Review.  I was also selected as the recorder and member of the Wyoming State Bar Select Committee to Review the Rules of Professional Conduct, an elite committee comprised of judges, prosecutors, criminal defense attorneys and civil litigators chosen to review and suggest revisions to the ethical rules governing attorneys.  Immediately after graduating from the University of Wyoming, I clerked for the Honorable Clarence A. Brimmer, United States District Court, District of Wyoming. As a law clerk, I gained valuable insight into the judicial arena and performed extensive research and drafted numerous orders in various areas of the law, including Title VII, ERISA, due process, social security, natural resources, and First, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights issues.

Amanda (Mandy) M. Good is a partner with Hirst Applegate, LLP, where she has practiced law since 2006. She has been awarded an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell and is recognized by both Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers. She is a past-President of the Defense Lawyers Association of Wyoming (DLAW) and Defense Research Institute’s 2015 Fred H. Sievert Award Winner. Prior to joining Hirst Applegate, Mandy attended the Texas Tech School of Law in Lubbock, Texas where she graduated with honors, Magna Cum Laude, and Order of the Barristers. While at Texas Tech, Mandy was part of a 2-person team that won the International Negotiation Competition in Dublin, Ireland and was recognized as Texas Tech’s Outstanding Trial Advocate for 2004-2005. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science (with a Business emphasis) from Texas Tech, graduating first in her class, and was inducted in 2013 into Texas Tech University’s Department of Animal and Food Sciences Hall of Fame. Prior to attending Texas Tech, Mandy obtained dual Associate Degrees from Casper College in Casper, WY and worked as a firefighter on the Custer National Forest. Her practice is focused on Civil Litigation, including Employment Litigation and Counseling, Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, Trucking and other Transportation Litigation, Public Utilities Law, Real Estate Litigation, Insurance Litigation and the prosecution or defense of a variety of other civil matters..
