Ryan grew up in Sheridan, Wyoming where he enjoyed hiking, camping, fishing and hunting in the Bighorn Mountains. He attended public school until the 7th grade, then was home schooled and enrolled in Sheridan College at 14, later becoming the youngest graduate at 17 and with honors. After college, he worked as an insurance agent in his family's business. While working in insurance, Ryan joined the Sheridan College speech and debate team, winning regional and national awards which earned him a scholarship to Northern Arizona University where he graduated in 2003 Summa Cum Laude with his bachelor’s degree in political science.. He pursued his passion for creating change in society through the study of law, enrolling at Georgetown University Law Center in 2005. He also served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Wyoming for approximately three years managing drug prosecutions in Southeast Wyoming. As a prosecutor, Ryan conducted dozens of jury trials, provided legal assistance to government agencies and law enforcement agents, oversaw wiretaps and large-scale investigations of narcotic drug networks, and prosecuted hundreds of felony cases. Ed was born in Cheyenne, Wyoming and raised in Douglas, graduating from Converse County High School in Douglas. Mr. Risha attended several colleges, including Columbia University in New York City, Northwest in Powell, and Black Hills State University in Spearfish, South Dakota. In addition to being an attorney Ed is a devoted father and proud Wyoming native.Mr. Risha earned honors as an All-American wrestler in high school and college, while still maintaining a grade point average which allowed him to graduate Magna Cum Laude from Black Hills State. Mr. Risha graduated with honors from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1991 and is a member of the Order of the Coif. After his time with the Department of Justice, Mr. Risha returned to Wyoming to be close to family. David is a Cheyenne native. He attended Cheyenne East HIgh School (go T-Birds!). After high school, David attended UW and graduated with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice. After undergrad, David took a year off to work on a few political campaigns. It was then he decided to attend law school. David attended the UW College of Law. While in law school, he was the Director of the Prosecution Assistance Program. He also authored and published a law review article in the Wyoming Law Review about prosecutorial misconduct.Since graduating from law school, David has represented clients from all walks of life. Now, however, he is specifically representing clients in general civil litigation, including commercial litigation, creditors' rights, and personal injury. He also represents clients with their estate planning needs and criminal defense. David is married with two sons.

Andrew "Andy" Bailey was born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Following his graduation from East High School, he served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Jamaica. He then attended Laramie County Community College, where he captained the basketball team. He finished his undergraduate work at Southern Virginia University. There, he was again the captain of the basketball team and earned his degree in history. Following his undergraduate studies he gradauated from the University of Wyoming’s College of Law prior to his admission to the Wyoming State Bar.. Along the way, Andy met his wife Shelbi in Virginia. They have three children, Ellen, Henry and Benjamin, and live in Cheyenne..
