Born and raised in Paris, Arkansas, he attended Arkansas Tech University before getting his law degree at the University of Arkansas. He then moved to Fort Smith, where he and partner, Bennett Nolan, decided to form Nolan Caddell Reynolds in order to help injured and disabled citizens in Arkansas.. While Fred previously practiced other areas of the law, including personal injury, criminal defense, business law and bankruptcy, eventually he decided to focus all of his talents on disability law. Andrew was born and raised in Fort Smith, Arkansas. As a youth, he attended Kimmons Junior High and graduated from Northside High School in 1985. He has a competitive nature and was always active in sports growing up. Andrew attended the University of Arkansas and received his Bachelor’s Degree in 1989. He is easy to talk to and likes to make sure his clients are well informed.. When Andrew is not working, he is likely spending time with his daughter and son.
