Neal R. Stelting received his law degree from the University of Wyoming (2004) and received his law licenses in Washington (2005), Wyoming (2006) Montana (2017) and Idaho (2020). Neal provides business, litigation and mediation services to a wide variety of people and industries in Idaho, Wyoming and Montana, including commercial construction, residential construction, environmental mitigation and restoration, manufacturing, oil and gas drilling and other energy services, real estate, land development, trust litigation, and many others. Kevin grew up in Ocean City, Maryland, graduating from Worcester Preparatory School in 2004.  He attended Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2008.  Kevin went on to attend law school at the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law in Richmond, Virginia.  Kevin was a member of the Student Bar Association, Moot Court Board, Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and Trial Advocacy Board at Richmond Law.  Kevin graduated from University of Richmond School of Law, cum laude, in 2011 and began working for a general practice firm in Ocean City, Maryland.  His practice included a wide variety of matters, focusing primarily on civil litigation, planning and zoning, and local government issues.  Kevin relocated to Jackson Hole to join the Wylie Law Firm in 2014. Bryan has worked on challenging and noteworthy cases throughout his career, representing injured people and their families against big corporations and the government.  He has successfully settled or tried cases involving unsafe railroad crossings, injuries to children, civil rights, wrongful death or catastrophic injury, workplace accidents, products liability, and medical malpractice.. Bryan Ulmer was born in Minnesota and raised in Newcastle, Wyoming.  He received a degree in business administration from the University of Wyoming.  He earned his law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law, graduating with honor, ranked first in his law school class.  After law school Bryan worked as an associate lawyer with The Spence Law Firm.  He has been a partner in the firm since 2000.  Bryan lives in Jackson, Wyoming, with his wife, Vonde, and their three children.

Bret's father, Floyd King, was one of two attorney's in Jackson Hole, Wyoming in 1961 when he opened his office on the Town Square above the Jackson Drug Store. Floyd served as country and prosecuting attorney, Jackson town attorney and U.S. Magistrate judge. People from all around frequently told Bret how his father had helped them in difficult times. From this great example, Bret decided he wanted to be an attorney and assist people in some of their more difficult times. Bret was fortunate to practice with his father Floyd for several years before his retirement. He is now blessed to be able to practice law in Wyoming with his son Spencer.. Together Bret and Spencer are continuing their father/grandfather's legacy of hard work for their clients and assisting people with their needs regardless of complexity.
