I along with my firm, has worked tirelessly with some two thousand injured individuals and their families. For example: we obtained a $116 million jury verdict for a brain injured child. Some say I literally wrote the book on medical malpractice, as the author of American Law of Medical Malpractice, Volumes 1-3, now in its 3rd edition. I am an Adjunct Professor of Law at New York Law School teaching medical malpractice law, and serve on the school’s Board of Trustees. I am an advocate of the American Board of Trial Advocacy, a Dean of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, a member of the American Association for Justice, and a member of the National Board of Trial Advocacy. I am an Associate in Law of the American College of Legal Medicine, and AV rated on Martindale-Hubbell for professional excellence.
