We are a family business serving the Las Vegas and Henderson areas for 22+ years. We offer value based estate planning including wills, living trusts, probate, name changes, financial planning, and trust administration. We are a husband and wife legal team with a friendly approach. We have handled 2,500+ probate cases and countless estate plans. Let our family help yours!
We aggressively represent victims of car, boat and truck accidents, as well as victims of defective products and defective premises whether the premise defect is a swimming pool with a broken gate latch that a toddler wanders into or a hazardous walking surface that causes a fall. We have represented people with profound brain injuries and have successfully sued for wrongful death in many cases.. For uncontested probate cases we are the high quality, low cost probate lawyers in all counties of Nevada. There are economies of scale in probate cases that we can pass on to our clients. In an uncontested probate case the amount of money in the estate is a fixed amount; being creative and aggressive can't add money to a dead person's bank account. However, for personal injury cases we do not attempt to compete against other lawyers on the basis of cost except for favorable police report accidents. For these favorable police report accident we charge a low 25% contingency fee which is a no-gimmick low contingency fee in contrast to almost all of our low cost competitors whose small print says the contingency fee will go up to 40% or more if suit has to be filed.. However, for other personal injury cases where both liability and damages are at issue we charge the more common 33.33% to 40% contingency fee.. Finally, we offer a discount on uncontested California probates (all counties) if the estate is worth $400,000 or more.

Tristan F. Rivera is a founder and an injury attorney for the Rivera Law Group. Tristan does not just have experience like most other attorneys. He has experience that matters.. His diverse background allows him to not only endear himself to each and every client, but also enables him to successfully navigate personal injury claims from their inception to trial.. Tristan was born in Zamboanga City, Philippines, but spent most of his early childhood in Northern California – in Oakland and then, Stockton. The details of his time in California are sketchy, but being raised by immigrant parents, he learned the value of hard work, perseverance and a good fight. It was here that he also learned the art of the hustle.. Once graduating from law school, a local insurance defense firm hired Tristan and he went to the dark side to defend prominent Las Vegas nightclubs and casinos in the courtroom. While working for the insurance companies, Tristan learned the ins and outs of their tactics - knowledge that he now uses to the advantage of his personal injury clients. He knows full well what it takes to make insurance companies pay.. Equipped with this insider knowledge, Tristan successfully transitioned to a law firm where he exclusively represented personal injury plaintiffs against the corporations he had previously defended. Working at this fast-paced environment, he discovered his passion for fighting for the rights of the victims of negligence. Tristan’s clients will tell you that his devotion to personally address their concerns is surpassed only by his passion to get them the results they deserve.. Tristan’s interests extend beyond personal injury. He is involved with Las Vegas Rescue Mission and commits his time to supporting local and national efforts to raise funds and awareness for cancer research.. In his spare time, Tristan makes an effort to go to the gym in a vain attempt to recapture his youth. At one point, he was even an amateur boxer. Being a lawyer, however, has robbed him of the luxury to turn up to work with a black eye, so instead of his fists, he now fights with his mind.. He wins.

She has solely negotiated hundreds of product defect and general negligence cases, with settlements totaling over $350 million. Some notable settlements include $6 million due for spine injuries received on defective arcade equipment, $7.5 million for spine injuries received in an auto accident, and $1.9 million as a result of a buffet food poisoning. In addition, she co-negotiated one of Nevada’s largest product settlements against one of the world’s biggest drug companies. Tracy genuinely cares about her clients and strives to fight for each and every client to help them get their life back and this is clearly demonstrated in the amount of time and effort she devotes to every case. Degree at Ohio Northern University. Rather than landing a job at a major law firm, she instead decided to go into practice on her own, a very rare thing for a young woman fresh out of law school but she did it, and excelled. She opened her solo law practice in Columbus, Ohio in 1993 and remained a successful one-woman firm, fighting for her clients as a solo practitioner until she moved to Las Vegas in 1996 where she has been ever since.. Jordan is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) and is currently attending law school at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) William S. Boyd School of Law; Blake, a black belt in karate, is part owner of a dojo in Las Vegas; and Keegan attends Oregon State University (OSU) in Bend, Oregon working on a degree in computer science. The Wright Law Group, P.C., is an AV Rated “Preeminent” litigation law firm located in Las Vegas, Nevada, that represents businesses and individuals in disputes concerning construction contracts, real estate, and other commercial dealings. The firm’s clients include general and specialty contractors, real estate investors and other small businesses in disputes and controversies generally surrounding breach of contract claims or business to business torts such as interference and unfair trade practices. The firm also concentrates on defending and representing contractors and applicants, throughout the State, before the Nevada State Contractors Board and other administrative and regulatory bodies such as Manufactured Housing, Southern Nevada Health District, Department of Air Quality, and others.. Mr. Wright has been litigating cases for over thirty years. He began his professional life out of law school by clerking for a judge in Honolulu’s felony trial level court. Soon after finishing his clerkship, he began his solo practice by taking on indigent criminal defense cases as a court - appointed defense attorney. This gave him immediate and early exposure to the courtroom, handling serious felonies of all classes and types against much more senior prosecutors. Unlike most attorneys of his age and tenure at the time, being a solo practitioner, John had complete autonomy over his case strategy which also meant he had to learn his craft on the job and by seeking out mentors from the seasoned defense lawyers he had watched as a law clerk. This early education, which lasted several years, served to form the way he continues to practice today – preparing harder than the opposition, expecting the unexpected and never underestimating the opponent.. As court-appointed work wouldn’t’ pay all the bills, John also began taking on another type of caseload handed down by his retiring stepfather – government procurement litigation. Representing government contractors in construction claims for additional compensation or defending them from wrongful termination of their contracts. This quickly led to representing contractors in all types of situations including private contract disputes and what he focusses primarily on today- representing contractors in disputes with other owners, other contractors, and regulatory bodies.. Handling these two seemingly divergent areas of law has led John to be the rare recipient of an AV “Preeminent” peer rating by Martindale & Hubble in both Commercial Litigation and Criminal Defense – the highest rating awarded by one’s peers in the community. This unique experience brings together different key skill sets- the ability to think on your feet under pressure and the discipline it takes to plan and execute complex, detailed oriented and oftentimes highly technical cases.. John relocated to Las Vegas and began practicing in Nevada in the late 1990s and continues to handle the same types of cases. Today, John’s practice focusses on representing contractors in legal disputes- civil, administrative, and criminal. This means contract review, filing and defending breach of contract claims, mechanic’s liens, bid protests and defending regulatory investigations from the Nevada State Contractors Board and the Manufactured Housing Division. This also means being able to competently defend criminal accusations surrounding contracting such as: acting without a license, fraud, theft or violating safety regulations.. John’s depth of knowledge and extensive practice has led him to handle upwards of 150 cases before the Nevada and Hawaii Supreme Courts as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals- oftentimes at the request of other law firms. Since 2001, John has presided over hundreds of cases as an arbitrator, and has served as a Short Trial Pro Tempore Judge in Clark County since 2007. John has also completed Mediator training offered by the National Judicial College.. Attorney John Henry Wright has over 30 years of commercial litigation experience and industry knowledge to offer clients in Nevada. Call to arrange a consultation.
