Ryan’s practice focuses on trademark clearance, prosecution, monitoring, enforcement, and licensing where he counsels clients regarding the selection and registrability of trademarks and service marks; the development, acquisition, sale, and management of trademark portfolios; and the drafting and negotiating of trademark license, assignment, and dispute settlement agreements. Ryan also assists clients regarding all aspects of business formation and startup planning, including business entity selection and preparation of related agreements as well as review and preparation of general business agreements including employment agreements, purchase and sale agreements, consulting agreements, non-compete/non-disclosure agreements, commercial leases, and financing agreements.
Ruthann (“Ranni”) Gonzalez is dedicated to representing workers whose rights have been violated.
