My law firm of BAYER, WISHMAN & LEOTTA, tel. has handled 15,000 Los Angeles bankruptcy cases since 1989. I am a Los Angeles Bankruptcy lawyer with almost 40 years of experience. The Los Angeles Bankruptcy Attorneys in my firm are ready to help you. Please feel free to contact me if you think that I can help you.. ---. I have been practicing bankruptcy law continuously since 1979.. The practice of bankruptcy law is extremely satisfying. I know of no other area of law where so much good can be accomplished so rapidly for a client. In most cases we are able to quickly solve problems that have kept our clients sick and sleepless with worry and law is ancient. The oldest record of a bankruptcy case was left on a clay tablet from ancient Babylon, written about 3000 years ago! Abraham Lincoln, in the years before he became president, handled many bankruptcy cases as a regular part of his law practice. The right to claim bankruptcy relief is imbedded in the U.S. Constitution, in Article 1, Section 8.. I have actually helped about 10,000 to 15,000 people, (so many I have lost count) overcome a personal debt crisis. I have seen the emotional damage that debt problems cause in someone's life. I have seen how often debt problems can affect everything else in your world, sometimes ruining marriages and careers because of the stress. I am passionate about trying to help people overcome these problems.

I spent the first 30+ years of career in the largest law firms in the world, including in various management positions.  In 2011, I decided that my clients no longer needed that infrastructure (or overhead), and opened my own firm.  It has worked out quite well for my clients, my family, and me.

Firm: Randi Susan Klein

I spent my first eight (8) years of practice in the San Francisco Bay area. I represented clients in a variety of civil and criminal matters. The bulk of my civil practice focused on juvenile dependency and family law. Juvenile dependency cases involve children who have been abused and neglected and placed in foster care while their parents go through rehabilitation. Accordingly, one of the most crucial decisions made about these children, early on, is where they will be placed. Placement in a foster care home or with a suitable relative may determine if they will ultimately be reunited with their biological parents or adopted.. My experience is dependency law has translated well into my current family law practice. It provides me with a unique perspective that other family law practitioners may not possess. Thus, in addition to represening mothers and fathers on a private basis, I am also appointed by local judges to represent children in family law custody disputes.. I relocated to Southern California in May 1999. My current practice includes family law with an emphasis on child custody and child support.  I also represent minors in Probate Guardianship proceedings. I continue to represent foster- adopt parents, aka de facto parents, in Dependency matters. With the advent of Covid, I have added consumer bankruptcy back to my practice. A portion of my practice is now focused on helping my family law clients file for bankruptcy after divorce.

I have been an attorney for over 12 years. I have over 10 years of experience in employment law, business/corporate litigation and consulting. I have litigated multiple jury trials to successful conclusions. In the 8th grade when I began my school's mock trial program I knew I wanted to be a lawyer. My undergraduate degree was earned at California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo where I studied Political Science in order to position myself for law school. I attended Southwestern University School of Law here in Los Angeles where I received awards for trial advocacy, exceptional grades and I graduated with honors. I began practicing in 2006 and by 2007 I began to hone my skills in employment law. In 2008 I began practicing business litigation. I truly love my job. I advocate my client's matters with zeal and professionalism. If you retain me I will do the same for you. My rates and billable hours are fair and my skills are valuable. I am a Los Angeles native and have spent my entire career in the Los Angeles area. My firm is small and you will deal directly with me throughout your case. My office is in downtown L.A. but I usually visit my clients at their place of business. I find that learning the culture of my clients' business is a great way to determine how to proceed with their matter. I practice throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
