Mark M. As a public defender, she represented hundreds of individuals charged in District and Superior Courts in Middlesex and Suffolk counties, at trial and in post-conviction proceedings. Erin serves on the Criminal Justice Act panel for the District Court in the District of Massachusetts and the First Circuit..
