I am one of those people who has been given the opportunity to get a wide range of experiences. Even though I was raised in Memphis, Tennessee, after completing high school, I was given the opportunity to live in Jerusalem, Israel, for the next nine years. During that time, I was fortunate enough to receive certification as a Rabbi and to meet my lovely wife.. During law school, I clerked with Justice Holder, a Supreme Court judge in Tennessee. Although that experience granted me extraordinary insight and understanding in a wide range of legal topics, it is not my greatest asset. I am blessed with the chance to continue to practice law in a firm with my father, Mr. Kenneth R. Besser, an attorney with more than 30 years of experience in the practice of law. I received my B.A. degree at the University of Memphis, and my Juris Doctorate at the Nashville School of Law.  During Law School, I worked with the State Attorney General’s office where I conducted Preliminary Hearings in Criminal cases under a special license granted by the Tennessee Supreme Court.  I also was employed with the State Legislature where I summarized bills for House and Senate members.. I began my legal career with the Glankler Brown, PLLC firm,  where I practiced both Civil and Criminal Litigation since 1998. I am very fortunate and proud to have been associated with such a firm. Upon my separation as Special Counsel in 2011, I moved to Las Vegas, NV and acquired a Real Estate License where I invested time in finding and negotiating strategic real estate investment deals. I relocated back to Memphis in 2015 to open my own office, as well as be with my family and spend time at my farm. I thoroughly enjoy the practice of law.. On a personal note, I am passionate about many different things such as Law, Real Estate, horses, and the occasional game of Texas Hold 'Em. Graduated from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2012.  During my final year, I clerked for the Honorable Robert S. Weiss in Division 8 of Circuit Court in Shelby County.  Since joining Wiseman Bray, I have focused most of my practice on civil litigation and local governement work.. Glenn K. Vines, Jr., a native Tennessean, was born in 1972. During 1993-1994 he was an All-American football player in college. Prior to graduation, Mr. Vines was a law clerk for Chief Judge David S.
