Corey B. Trotz is a founding member and Senior Partner of Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz, PLC. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Law Clerk for two Shelby County Circuit Court Judges, The Honorable Wyeth Chandler and The Honorable Charles O. McPherson, Circuit Court Judges of Shelby County, Tennessee. Mr. Trotz’s areas of practice include personal injury, automobile and trucking accident cases, workers’ compensation, products liability and civil litigation. Mr. Trotz has been a featured speaker at the University of Memphis School of Law and the Memphis Bar Association, and he regularly speaks about legal issues throughout the area. He authored the chapter "Important Pointers for Today's Plaintiff's Attorney in Presenting and Winning Cases" which was published in 2011 by Thompson Reuters in the book Inside the Minds: Representing Plaintiffs in Personal Injury Cases. Mr. Trotz has been recognized as a Super Lawyer by Law and Politics Magazine. Most recently, Mr. Trotz was named a personal injury "Power Player" by Inside Memphis Business Quarterly Magazine. Mr. Trotz is a former board member on the Exchange Club Family Center, an organization dedicated to the prevention of child abuse and family violence. He has served as president and vice-president of this board. Further, Mr. Trotz formerly served on the Board of BRIDGES, Inc., an organization whose mission is to build a community of leaders to advance racial, economic, educational and environmental justice. In addition, Mr. Trotz has chaired the fund-raising gala for Facing History and Ourselves, a non-profit organization, and he has participated in a myriad of other fundraising activities.
