Upon graduation from The University of the South with a BA in Policitical Science, cum laude, i served as a counter intelligence agent in the U.S. Army.  After my honorable discharge I entered law school at the University of Alabama where I was a member of the Bench and Bar Honor Society and the Alabama Law Review.  Since graduating from law school I have practiced in Mobile, Alabama for almost 40 years, primarily in the admiralty and maritime field.

Teeto Graham represents parties in complex and/or commercial litigation in the Federal and State Courts throughout Mississippi and Alabama. His litigation experience includes business contract litigation, disputes involving trade secrets, non-competition/non-solicitation agreements and unfair trade practices, business torts, defense of state securities law claims, fraud, suppression and misrepresentation claims, product liability cases, warranty claims, construction disputes, construction defect claims, professional liability matters and negligence actions. Mr. Lamberth attributes his passion for the law to his grandfather, who although not a lawyer, had profound impact on his life. His grandfather was the assistant superintendant of schools in Norfolk, Virginia at the time the United States Supreme Court handed down Brown v. Board of Education, the case that held that forced segregation in schools or elsewhere is illegal. After becoming superintendant of schools, his grandfather was charged with carrying out the mandates of the Supreme Court, and integrating Norfolk’s schools, which he did with great courage and commitment to the law. He was later honored by local lawyers and politicians for “changing things through law and reason,” by providing “intelligent and compassionate answers to the needs of citizens which will provide an alternative to violent protests.”. Today, Mr. Lamberth strives to carry forth, on behalf of his clients, this same sense of justice, integrity, and commitment. These characteristics have served him well as he was named co-lead counsel in several class actions against the nation’s largest automobile loan companies relating to their discriminatory lending policies. I grew up on Sand Mountain, in North Alabama.  After college, I attended Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where I graduated cum laude in 1989.  Since then, I have practiced 100% plaintiff work, and have represented literally thousands of individuals over the Southeastern United States..
