As a third-generation Oklahoma attorney, I grew up reading in the hallways of my grandfather’s boutique intellectual property law firm. I watched as my dad, my uncle, and my grandfather helped protect the technology and creativity behind their clients' dreams. This instilled in me a desire to help people in a meaningful followed in my family’s footsteps and attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where I graduated with honors, alongside my husband, Gavin Caldwell, and twin sister, Jenna Anderson. I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life, including individuals, families and business owners. When I'm not working, I'm spending time with husband and my two children, Ethan & Grace. I have a large, close-knit family in Oklahoma.

Amy Hayes is a small-town girl that grew up in the South watching SEC football and losing her flip-flops in her gransparent's garden. Amy graduated cum laude with a BA from Auburn University in 2000 and JD from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2003. Amy's career has been spent between a couple of larger firms in Oklahoma City, working as a federal government attorney, or chasing an oil rig. Additionally, she has worked as a commercial negotiatior for a fortune 500 Oil and Gas company, which gave her extensive training on negotiations and real world business practices that is not taught in a regular law school curriculum.. Hayes Legal Solutions, PLLC was created as a result of COVID bringing attention to the fact the traditional business models for law firms in Oklahoma is broken. Prior to COVID, it was very rare that you could get an attorney to have a virtual zoom meeting with you or set up a consultation outside of the 9:00 to 5:00 office hours. Covid has taught us Oklahomans want access to legal services on their schedule instead of the attorneys.. Additionally, we have learned that potential clients need and want to find "true value" in the services they receive from an attorney. Now, clients care less about who has the fanciest office and more about who can provide the service they need without breaking the bank or making them use all their vacation time. We have listened to the feedback from clients and created a law firm that gives clients what they want, when they want it.
All of my life people (family, friends, strangers, etc.) have told me that I should get involved in the practice of law and/or politics. I think even from a very young age I displayed a passion for the law and more importantly, justice. Growing up my family moved a lot and I believe that is what formed my ability to engage with any type of person on any number of topics.. I have had experience growing up in big cities like New York and Chicago as well as quite suburbs and rural communities such as St. Louis, Springfield (MO and IL) and now my hometown of Oklahoma City. With that said, I have lived in the State of Oklahoma for the longest of all of the places I have lived and this is truly becoming my home. This is where I attended and graduated law school (Oklahoma City University in 2015), took and passed the bar exam and most importantly, met my beautiful wife Katherine.. Ever since I graduated law school and passed the bar exam, I have been learning and grinding, trying to become the absolute best legal advocate I can be to best serve our family of clients. I take great pride in being able to fight for those who are caught up in the legal system and I cherish every opportunity that I have to learn and grow as an attorney and legal professional.. A lot of people become disillusioned with the practice of law when they expect a passionate "crime drama" type lawyer that they see on TV with passion and bravado, then wind up witnessing a slow and boring paper pusher that drags his feet as he timidly works out an agreement with the prosecutor... I like to think that I have and will continue to provide the type of legal representation made for cinema.. I hope that you choose to become a part of the Whiting & Bruner, PLLC a/k/a The Criminal Record Eraser client family. We look forward to assisting you and being a vigorous defender of your freedoms!
