David represents developers and lenders in the acquisition, development, leasing, financing and/or sale of office buildings, shopping centers, multi-family projects, master planned communities, resort/golf properties, industrial properties, and single-family residential developments.In addition to representing clients in connection with core real estate, real estate development and related financing and M&A activities, David handles a wide range of real estate related matters including loan enforcement, foreclosure, secured (UCC Article 9) transactions, low income housing (Section 42) tax credit transactions and Section 1031 exchanges. David is also an experienced mediator and maintains an active and successful Alternative Dispute Resolution practice.David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (with distinction) from the University of Arizona in 1984, with a double major in accounting and corporate finance. He graduated from Arizona State University College of Law (cum laude) in 1987. Danny Adelman has focused his practice on medical malpractice and other catastrophic personal injury litigation for most of the past 20 years. He graduated first in his class (summa cum laude) at the Arizona State University College of Law, where he also served as editor-in-chief of the ASU Law Journal. After being admitted to practice law in 1987, Danny served as a judicial law clerk for Chief Justice Frank X. Gordon. Following his clerkship he became an associate at Lewis and Roca, a large Phoenix law firm, and then served as Associate Counsel to the Majority in the Arizona State Senate..
