I completed a LL.M. in Indigenous Peoples Law and expect to graduate in May 2022 from the University of Oklahoma. My Christian faith and devotion to my community is why i do what I do. My partner David T. McKenzie has been practicing criminal defense for over thirty years. I have a receptionist Rena who has been with me for 6 years. Her daughter April is my legal assistant and has been with me just as long. My intern Cameron joined last summer and will graduate law school this year. I look forward to her joining me as an associate. In my free time, I am an author, podcaster, and musician.

My wife, Stephanie, and I live in Shawnee, Oklahoma. We have 5 kids, who are involved in activities such as: baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball, wrestling, dancing, soccer, and Boy Scouts. We enjoy getting away to the beach as often as we can.

Jacquelyn Rokusek has been practicing criminal law for over 22 years.  Jacquelyn started her career as a state prosecutor handling cases ranging from traffic matters/DUI's to serious felony cases.. Jacquelyn later accepted a position as a federal prosecutor in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas where she prosecuted federal methamphetamine and gun cases.  As a federal prosecutor, she tried complex cases to include wire tap investigations.. Jacquelyn opened Rokusek Law Office, LLC in 2005.
